Our company is committed to responsible and sustainable business practices. We recognize that active fire protection not only serves the safety of people and property, but also makes a significant contribution to environmental and resource protection.

We operate on the principle that fire protection protects human lives and prevents environmental damage. Preventing fires (flames and smoke) reduces emissions, pollutant releases, and resource losses.

2. Copyright

Copyright belongs to Firefog® technology. All texts, photos, videos, and layouts are protected by copyright.
All photos and layouts on the Firefog® technology websites are protected by copyright. Copying or reproducing web designs, technical descriptions, photos, and layouts is prohibited unless Firefog® technology has given its prior written consent.

3.  Protected trademarks

All trademarks, product names, company names, and logos mentioned are the sole property of their respective owners. Images of the products/services we distribute are for advertising, sales, and informational purposes only and do not constitute an infringement of rights.

No part of this website may be reproduced, processed, used, copied, modified, duplicated, or distributed in any form (print, copy, or any other method) without the written permission of Firefog® technology, or using electronic systems (neither for private nor for commercial purposes).

5. Data Protection

When you purchase our products and use our services, you entrust us with your data. We understand that this is a great responsibility and are committed to protecting your data.
We use your personal data exclusively for processing your order.
All customer data is stored and processed by us in accordance with the relevant provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG).
The client consents to the automated storage and processing of the personal data included in the purchase agreement by Firefog® technology for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
The client agrees to be included in Firefog® technology's public reference list; only the name and any project descriptions will be listed.
You can view our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) at any time on this website.
For security reasons, your specific order details are not accessible online.

6. Information

You have the right to free access to, rectification, blocking, and erasure of your stored data at any time. Please contact us at our email address or send your request by mail or email to the Firefog® technology administration.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties

We will not disclose your personal data, including your home address and email address, to third parties without your explicit and revocable consent. This excludes our service partners who require data transfer for order processing (e.g., the shipping company responsible for delivery and the bank responsible for payment processing). In these cases, however, the scope of the data transferred is limited to the necessary minimum.

8. GDPR / General Data Protection Regulation

We accept Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), adopted on 4 May 2016.
The EU General Data Protection Regulation entered into force on 25 May 2018.
